This extraordinarily easy dip is one of my absolute-go-to sauces. It takes only moments to whisk up and it drives everyone wild! It’s excellent with fresh veggies, chicken strips, French fries, deep-fried shrimp, as a sandwich spread, and even as a yolk mix for devilled eggs! You WILL love it! I promise 😉
½ cup Mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
1 tsp. Yellow Curry Powder
½ tsp. Five Spice Mix
½ tsp. Cumin
½ tsp. Garam Masala
1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
Juice of Half a Lemon
2 Tbsp. Water or slightly more
Dash of salt (to taste)
Whisk together ingredients. Adjust water as needed. If you want a runnier sauce, add a little more water. This dip benefits by being made a few hours ahead of time and stored in the fridge so flavors may marry together. But if you haven’t got the time, serving it immediately works too!
**If you need extra heat, add 1/2 tsp. Red Chili Flakes. Be sure to taste first. I think the dip is perfect without them.
