Savory Beef Fried Rice

1/2 lb. Ground Beef (80/20 lean/fat content)
1 Small Sweet Pepper, chopped finely
2 Green Onions, chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1” slice of Fresh Ginger, minced
2 1/2 cups Cooked White or Brown Rice

In a large fry pan, crumble beef, using your fingers to make approx. 1/2” size bits.  Brown over high heat.  Toss in sweet pepper, oinions, garlic, ginger, and rice.  Reduce to medium heat and warm through.   Add Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, sake, and red pepper flakes just before serving.

Makes two main course servings or four side servings.
