1 Large Onion, finely chopped
1 Slice Stale Bread coarsely cubed 1 Garlic Clove 1 tsp. salt & 1tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Ground Summer Savory Spice
2 Eggs, beaten
Mix ingredients together, press into a loaf pan. I use a glass one. Bake at 350F for 60 minutes. Stick a knife in the loaf, if the juices run out clear, it’s done.
