

If you have a man or desire a man who’s all about meat n’ potatoes, then this dish is a sure fire way to win his heart. If you haven’t a man, then practise on a friend or practise on yourself! Fine food is a way to please, so please yourself!
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Chicken Breasts, skin and bone removed, thickly sliced
3 Mild Italian Sausages, cut into 1” pieces
2 Medium Red Potatoes, Par-baked in the micro, then thickly sliced
2 Large Cloves of Garlic, sliced
1 twig of Fresh Rosemary, stem removed, chopped or 1 Tbsp. dried Rosemary
Splash of White Wine or Chicken Stock or Water
Salt & Pepper
Heat oil in a large fryin pan. You’ll need one that has a lid. Toss in Sausages and and chicken to brown them. Bung potatoes in the micro and nuke for 4 minutes to par cook them, (Be sure to poke holes in them). Remove, and cut into 1” slices. Add to browned meat. Add rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to low, add a splash of wine or liquid of choice then top with lid. Cook for a further 10-15 minutes or so, until chicken is tender.
