So amazing that your man will snort like a truffle-hunting pig! It’s a naughty dish so you’d better get busy. I won’t say what. Hint… hint… Making out burns 238 calories per half hour!
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Chicken Breasts, Bones and Skins removed, sliced thinly
3 Green Onions, chopped
6 Button Mushrooms, sliced thinly
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
2/3 cup Whipping Cream
1/2 tsp. Salt, of Pepper, and of Ground Nutmeg
1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
2 portions of Penne Pasta, cooked and drained (don’t rinse!)
Heat oil in a large fry pan. Bring water to a boil for the penne. To the hot oil, add sliced chicken breasts. When one side is cooked, flip slices. Add green onions and mushrooms. If the pan is dry, add a small slosh of oil. Sauté for three minutes or less.
Add pasta to boiling water.
To the sauté chicken mix, add garlic. Reduce heat to low, add cream, and seasonings. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add drained cooked pasta to the sauce in the pan. Add Parmesan. Turn off. Let sit for a minute or two so that the sauce can be absorbed by the pasta. Plate. Serves 2!
Luxed Up; Drizzle Truffle Oil over just before serving.
